Barbeques:
If you would like to feed your guests (20 or more), we have areas at the track for pre-race parties. You can choose from our wide-range of menu options for dinner and then watch the race from the seats reserved just for your group. Choose to eat in out lawn area with a park-like atmosphere or one of our two barn pavilions. Cost consists of race tickets plus purchase of a meal plan.
· Pre-race barbeques run for an hour and a half with the start time depending on the start of the race.
· After a final barbeque number is set, the group will be responsible for 80% of the set number or the number of passes used, whichever is greater
· Tents are available for your group at an additional cost. Please contact your ticket sales consultant to determine the proper tent size and price for your group.
Menu Options (BROCHURE)
1) Full Throttle: Grilled 1/3lb Burgers, Bratwurst and Hot Dogs. Also includes Baked Beans, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Chips & Dip and Soft Drinks. Time Frame: 1 hour 30 minutes. Cost: $10.50 per person; Children 6-12 years old: $6.00. Add 5 oz. Grilled Boneless Chicken Breasts only $1.65 additional per person.
2) The Main Event: Brann's Famous 8 oz. Sizzler Steak, Baked Potato with Butter & Sour Cream, Fresh Corn on the Cob, Garlic Bread, Pasta Salad & Cole Slaw and Soft Drinks. Cost: $12.50 per person; Children 6-12 years old: $7.00. Add BBQ Pork Ribs, Baked Chicken 1/4's, BBQ Chicken 1/4's or Pulled Pork BBQ only $2.00 per person!
3) The Final Lap: Choose 5 of the following Hors D'oeuvres: Brann's Famous BBQ Meatballs, Buffalo Chicken Wings with Bleu Cheese Dressing and Celery, Spinach & Artichocke Dip with Pita Bread, Mariniated Steak Kabobs, Marinated Mini Chicken Kabobs, Fresh Vegetables with Dip, Bruschetta with Crispy Bread Rounds, Tailgate Subs, Tortilla Chips with Salsa. Also includes Soft Drinks. Cost: $14.50 per person; Children $8.00.
Alcohol Options:

2. Drink coupons for alcohol- $3.00 per coupon (valid for one 12 oz. beer or a malted beverage)

Miller Lite Party and Pioneer Construction/Tailored Building Systems Decks
- Barbeques run one and a half hours long. Start time is flexible but we recommend starting no later than 6 p.m. Please coordinate serving time with your ticket sales consultant.
- A guarantee number is required one week prior to your race date. You will be charged for your guarantee number or the number of passes used, whichever is greater.
Turn 1 Chalet
- The Turn 1 Chalet is located between the Grandstands and the WBG Deck in Turn 1. It consists of a tented pavilion directly behind your own private bleacher seating, adjacent to the main grandstands. The Turn 1 Chalet combines the ambiance of the pre-race barbeque with the convenience of enjoying the race from your barbeque location.

General Information
· A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon reservation. This deposit will be applied to your rental/ticket cost
· 6% sales tax is added by your consultant into your food price
· Barbeque prices do not include the price of the race ticket
· Please inform us of your meal plan choice and start time at least 10 days prior to your date
· No menu substitutions (ask about vegetarian options)
· Berlin Raceway will provide barbeque passes with your race tickets. Passes are necessary for admittance into your reserved area.
· Berlin Raceway prefers payment of tickets by check or credit card on or before the day of your event. Payment for food must be made on the day of the event to Distinctive Catering by Brann's.
· Alcohol may not be brought in to any of the private party areas or grand stands; however, coolers with non-alcoholic beverages are welcome (no glass bottles; maximum cooler size is 18"x 18". Alcohol is available for purchase in all private party areas as well as behind the grandstands.
